Booking and accommodation rules, hotel "Ukraina", Cherkasy city

Accommodation

  • Check-in after 14:00 Check out before 12:00.
  • The room rate includes breakfast for one person (in such categories as Standard, Junior Suite, Suite) The room rate includes breakfast for two persons (in suites+, apartments, apartments + ).
  • The additional breakfast is available for extra fee.
  • Additional fee required for stay of more than 2 people in one room.
  • In case of availability, guests can be accommodated before 13:00 without extra charge.
  • Late check-out until 18:00 is available for an extra charge.

 

Terms of Payment

  • Payment is to be made by guest upon arrival. You can pay by cash or credit card. For corporate guests we offer bank transfers. Contact the hotel for details.
  • Booking without payment is considered to be not guaranteed. To guarantee your booking pay your accomodation via our web site or give us your credit card details (number, expiration date ), or please contact our reservation department to make prepayment in another way.
  • Not guaranteed reservation is valid until 18:00 of the day of arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel unwarranted reservation if necessary (reservation officer will contact you and offer to make a payment for accommodation).
  • The room rate indicated in the Ukrainian currency – hryvna. We accept cash, bank transfer and bank cards Visa and Master Card.
  • Touristic tax is temporarily canceled by administration of Cherkasy city till the end of war and marshal law regime.

 

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations may be done by phone: 0472 54 31 40, 050 433 41 41, 067 443 11 44 or email : reservatino@ukraina-hotel.org.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours before the day of arrival are not possible without incurring a charge. The amount of compensation is a payment for the first night of accommodation.

 

Children policy

  • Children under 5 years old stay in the room with their parents free of charge (without extra bed). If extra bed is given additiional fee is applicable. Children's bed is given free of charge.

 

Pets policy

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel. In exceptional cases, this is possible for an additional fee of 250.00 UAH per day.

 

Smoking

  • Smoking is forbidden in the rooms of hotel. Non-compliance with this rule shall entail payment of compensation equal to the cost of 1 night stay in the room for each day of smoking.
